The Prosper Tx real estate market has seen some big changes from 2023 to 2024. There was a slight dip of 3.7% in closed sales. Although, home prices have gone up by 12.5% to $925,000, and the average sales price has increased by 11.4% to $994,174. This means homes in the area are in high demand.

The months of inventory have jumped by 65.9%, meaning there are more homes available and the market is becoming more balanced.
