Carter Ranch consists of roughly 850 homes. When the homes were built, they were priced from the mid $500s - $700s. Carter Ranch has some great amenities, an on-site elementary school, and is in a terrific part of historic Celina Texas. Carter Ranch is also in a PID, or Public Utility District. The Real Estate Market

Carter Ranch was one of the first neighborhoods built in Celina along Preston Road. Then came a virtual explosion of master planned neighborhoods in Prosper and Celina. This neighborhood set the tone of what was to come, with a play area, catch and release fishing ponds and a swimming pool for the community. Homes were modestly priced and increased in value over the years.

We were blessed to help build quite a few homes in this neighborhood and many of our clients still own those homes to this day. The homes have skyrocketed in value, but our clients have made friends and love the neighborhood. So far, they are resisting the urge to reap their equity gains and build again, but time will tell.
