Carter Landing, Celina Tx

Carter Landing is a small neighborhood (22 home sites) in southern Celina just north east of Mustang Lakes with custom homes on acreage lots. Many of these homes were built by a local builder, Homes by J. Anthony. Each home is unique in size, features and finish out making it difficult to establish a base price. As of April 2024 no homes have been listed in the local MLS for resale further making prices hard to establish. A fair market estimate would be in the $1 - $2 million dollar range.

If you turn north off Hwy 380 onto Custer road, you will eventually reach CR 2478. If you follow CR 2478 north, you will find the western entrance to the neighborhood of Carter Landing at CR 171. You may want to start slowing down after you pass the new construction neighborhood on the west side of CR 2478, that is also going to be acreage lots.
